Before you start copy trading, choosing the right trader is essential. Echobit provides a variety of trader rankings and performance indicators to help you quickly identify quality traders and find one that matches your risk preference and return goals.
To support better risk management and fund allocation, Echobit currently allows users to follow only one trader at a time. If you want to follow another trader, please stop your current copy trade first.
1. View trader rankings
After entering the Echobit Futures Copy Trading page, you can browse the platform's featured trader rankings. Current rankings include:
- Traders with the highest ROI
- Traders with the highest PnL
- Traders with the highest copy trading profit
- Popular lead traders
Each ranking highlights trader performance from a different perspective, so you can choose based on your own needs.
2. Use the search function to find a trader quickly
If you already have a trader in mind, you can use the search function to find them directly. Enter the trader's nickname in the search bar at the top of the copy trading homepage to quickly locate the trader and view their detailed performance data.
3. Review the trader's profile data
Click any trader card to enter the trader's profile page. On the details page, you can view several key metrics, including:
- Total ROI
- Cumulative PnL
- Total copy trading profit
- Win rate
- Current number of followers
- Trading history
By analyzing the trader's returns, trading style, and risk level, you can better determine whether the trader matches your investment needs.
Please note that higher returns often come with higher risk. It is recommended that you do not choose a trader based only on short-term ROI. Instead, evaluate the trader's long-term performance, historical drawdowns, and trading consistency.
4. Choose a trader based on your own risk preference
Different traders use different strategies and have different risk profiles. When selecting a trader, it is recommended that you focus on the following factors:
- Whether returns are stable over time
- Whether the historical win rate is within a reasonable range
- Whether the trading frequency matches your preference
- Whether the trader has experienced large drawdowns
- How the number of followers and copy trading returns have performed
For users who are new to copy trading, it is recommended to choose traders with a longer trading history, more complete performance data, and more stable returns.
5. Start copy trading
After selecting a trader, click "Copy" and set your copy trading amount and risk control parameters based on your available funds. You can then start automatically following the trader's positions. During the copy trading process, you can monitor performance at any time and adjust or stop copy trading as needed.
Copy trading does not guarantee profits. A trader's past performance does not represent future returns. Digital asset trading involves market risk. Please allocate funds responsibly based on your own risk tolerance and maintain proper risk management.
