Echobit allows users to request account closure. Before proceeding, please review the conditions and implications carefully.
Account closure is irreversible and cannot be undone once completed.
Currently, the account closure feature is not available on the Web. Please complete the process via the App.
1. Requirements Before Account Closure
Before submitting your request, ensure that your account meets the following conditions:
- No remaining assets (including Spot and Futures accounts)
- No open orders or active positions
- No pending deposits or withdrawals
- All API keys and third-party authorizations have been removed
If any of the above conditions are not met, please resolve them before proceeding.
2. Account Closure Process
Open the Echobit App and log in
Tap the profile icon in the top-left corner to enter Personal Center
Go to Account Management → Security
Tap Close The Account
Read the instructions carefully, check “I understand,” and tap Apply For Unsubscribe to submit your request
3. What Happens After Account Closure
Once your account is closed:
- The account will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered
- Historical data (including trading records) cannot be restored
- The account can no longer be used to log in
- Some registration information may not be reusable for future registration
Account closure is a high-risk action. Please ensure you fully understand the consequences before proceeding.
If you only intend to stop using your account temporarily, we recommend keeping it and strengthening your security settings instead.
