For digital asset projects applying for listing on the Echobit platform, Echobit may conduct a certain level of due diligence and evaluation on project background, technical information, and publicly available materials in accordance with its internal procedures. However, such evaluation is conducted solely for internal risk management and operational decision-making purposes and does not constitute any endorsement, guarantee, or recommendation by Echobit regarding the project's technical security, business model, legality, or future development prospects.
All digital assets listed on the Echobit platform are issued and provided by their respective project teams. Echobit does not participate in the issuance, development, operation, or management of any listed project.
The listing of a digital asset on Echobit only indicates that the platform provides technical support for trading and order matching of the asset and should not be regarded as any form of investment advice, financial advice, or trading recommendation.
2. Issuer’s Sole Responsibility
All information related to listed projects, including but not limited to:
- Whitepaper
- Official Website
- Technical Roadmap
- Social Media Statements
- Tokenomics
is independently provided and maintained by the respective project issuer.
2.1 Accuracy of Information
The project issuer shall bear full legal responsibility for the authenticity, accuracy, completeness, and legality of the information it provides. Echobit does not independently audit or guarantee the information provided by the issuer.
2.2 Technical and Operational Responsibilities
The project issuer shall independently assume all technical and operational responsibilities related to the project, including but not limited to:
- Smart contract deployment and maintenance
- Mainnet upgrades and technical updates
- On-chain transaction technical issues
- Project ecosystem and community operations
Any risks or losses resulting from technical vulnerabilities, system failures, or security incidents shall be borne solely by the project issuer.
2.3 Legal and Entity Relationship
Listed projects and their operating entities have no legal relationship with Echobit, including but not limited to partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationships.
In the event of circumstances including but not limited to:
- Project team becoming unreachable or ceasing operations
- Hacking attacks or security incidents
- Technical vulnerabilities
- Market manipulation
- Regulatory violations or illegal activities
all relevant legal liabilities shall be borne independently by the project issuer.
3. User Investment Risk
Digital assets are highly volatile and may involve significant market and financial risks. Before participating in any transaction or investment, users should conduct their own research (DYOR) and make decisions prudently according to their own risk tolerance.
Potential risks include but are not limited to:
- Market price volatility
- Project operational risks
- Technical or security risks
- Changes in global regulatory policies
- Market manipulation or liquidity risks
Any direct or indirect losses arising from trading, holding, or using digital assets listed on the Echobit platform shall be borne solely by the user.

4. Delisting and Platform Discretion
To maintain platform security, market order, and regulatory compliance, Echobit reserves the right, based on internal evaluation and regulatory requirements, to take measures including but not limited to suspending trading, restricting trading, or delisting certain digital assets when necessary.
Users acknowledge that delisting or trading restrictions may result in reduced liquidity, price volatility, or changes in asset value, and the associated risks shall be borne by the users themselves.
