When using the withdrawal feature on Echobit, you may encounter situations where your request fails to submit. Here are some common reasons and their solutions:
1. Deposit Lock-up Period
After tokens are deposited into your available balance, they enter a brief lock-up period before they can be withdrawn. During this time, the locked-up deposit cannot be withdrawn or transferred to the Funds Account. Withdrawal functionality will be unlocked only after the required blockchain confirmations are completed.
Solution: Check the deposit window for the required blockchain confirmation count for each token. To view locked assets and the remaining confirmation count needed to unlock withdrawals, visit Spot History → Deposit.
2. Assets Locked in Quick Buy Platform
If the system detects any risk or suspicious activity on your account, assets purchased via the Quick Buy platform may be temporarily locked and unable to be withdrawn.
Solution: To view when the assets can be unlocked for withdrawal, go to Funds Account → Transaction History → Quick Buy for details.
3. Incorrect Address Provided
If the provided address does not match the selected chain name, the withdrawal request will fail to submit.
Solution: Ensure that the selected chain name exactly matches the wallet address provided. If in doubt, verify the wallet address and chain name with the recipient.
4. Missing Tag/Memo for Recipient
Certain blockchain systems (e.g., XRP, XLM) require users to fill in a Tag or Memo during withdrawal. If not provided, the withdrawal request will fail.
Solution: Verify that the Tag or Memo information for the recipient has been correctly added in the withdrawal request.
5. 24-Hour Withdrawal Limit
Frequent withdrawal requests within a short time frame may trigger a 24-hour withdrawal limit.
Solution: Check your account's limit information and wait for the 24-hour limit to reset.
6. Exceeds Maximum Withdrawal Limit
If the withdrawal amount exceeds the platform’s set single withdrawal limit, the request will fail to submit.
Solution: Verify that your withdrawal amount is within the platform's single withdrawal limit.
7. Exceeds Available Balance
If the withdrawal amount is greater than your available balance, the request will fail.
Solution: Ensure your account has enough available balance to complete the withdrawal.
8. Below Minimum Withdrawal Limit
The platform has a minimum withdrawal limit. If the withdrawal amount is below this threshold, the request will fail.
Solution: Ensure your withdrawal amount meets the platform's minimum withdrawal limit.
9. Withdrawal Feature Temporarily Disabled
In certain situations, the platform may temporarily disable withdrawal functionality, such as during maintenance or risk control measures.
Solution: Keep an eye on official announcements for the expected time of withdrawal functionality restoration.
