Rest assured, Echobit employs multiple layers of security to protect user assets.
Echobit uses industry-leading multi-signature cold wallets to store all assets deposited by traders. At the individual account level, all withdrawal requests undergo a strict withdrawal confirmation process.
6. Why hasn’t my deposit been credited?
A deposit may not have been credited due to the following reasons:
-
The transaction has not been confirmed on the blockchain. Echobit has different confirmation requirements for different tokens before they are credited. You can check the detailed blockchain confirmation requirements on the deposit page.
-
The Tag/Memo provided during deposit is invalid or missing. Therefore, traders must provide the correct Tag/Memo to ensure the funds are credited successfully.
-
The deposited token or blockchain used is unsupported. Echobit only supports deposits of tokens listed on the "Assets" page via their respective standard blockchains. If an unsupported token or blockchain is used, the asset may not be recoverable. If you encounter any issues, feel free to contact customer support for assistance.
